Appointment Booking and Payment Processing
Appointments and payments are processed securely through Square, a third-party service provider. Muse Theory, LLC does not store or process payment card information directly.
Square’s collection, use, and processing of personal and payment information are governed by Square’s own terms and privacy policies. By booking an appointment or making a payment through our Website, you agree to Square’s applicable terms.

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive communications from Muse Theory, LLC related to appointments, confirmations, reminders, and occasional marketing communications.

Appointment Policies
Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the timeframe disclosed at booking. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or forfeiture of the appointment at our discretion to respect the schedules of other clients.

Muse Theory, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for lawful reasons, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with salon policies.
Pricing
Service prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Quoted prices may vary based on consultation, service length, or customization.
No Warranty or Liability
